Meet the Attorney

Jurianne Franqui began her practice dedicated to estate planning because of her desire to ensure that the assets you acquire throughout your lifetime will be protected and distributed the way that you desire. No one wants to think about death or becoming incapacitated, but with the proper documents in place, it can make the most traumatic events in life a little bit easier. 

Jurianne is here to guide you through the process in your estate planning journey. She will help take the mystery out of estate planning so that you can feel at ease. 

Jurianne graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton and in the Top 20 percent of her class from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She began her career as a prosecutor with the Nassau County District Attorney's Office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and reading. 

Jurianne is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association.  She was selected to the 2025 New York Metro Rising Stars List.
